Service Description

This is a shorter block than we recommend for most coaching clients with ADHD. We specialise in coaching adults with ADHD. The 8 week adult ADHD coaching package is recommended as the standard package for a client with Adult ADHD. But if you feel a need to dip your toe before commiting to the longer programme, then this shorter package is ideal. A four week block saves £20 from the standard hourly rate.
